- No smoking inside the home or on the back lanai – evidence of smoking will result in a $400 post-stay fee
- Pets allowed with $350 non-refundable pet fee – maximum 2 pets: dogs or cats only (private neighborhood beach allows dogs). All pets must be disclosed or booking will be cancelled. Security deposit will be non-refundable if evidence of undisclosed pet found.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- NOTE: Local regulations prohibit more than 8 adult occupants
- Quiet time after 10pm
- Keep outside lights off at night to keep sea turtles safe
- There is no lifeguard on duty – use pool at your own risk and please supervise children around pool
- Check-in Time: 4:00pm
- Check-out Time: 10:00am
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay.
- Security deposit required of $400. Deposit to be processed by placing hold on guest’s credit card 1 day before arrival and hold will be released 5 days after departure.

- One-time cleaning fee of $450 required for all stays
Cancellation Policy
- Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival.
- No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

We love our tropical vacation villa because it sits on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean which connects our two countries – Sierra Leone and America, and because it allows us to bring a taste of Africa to America.
